Though this can be a scary and ever present problem in the world of professional medicine, it’s very rare for anyone to get sued or especially lose a lawsuit when it comes to helping people who have medical needs. In this episode, Roy sheds some light on how most Good Samaritan Laws work and how any rescuer regardless of their level of training and license can help others while staying well within the guidelines of the Good Samaritan Law.
