I received an email that asked several questions regarding events leading up to a cardiac arrest and then how to manage feelings of failure after CPR is given but the person still remains dead. I hope this helps.

In this episode, I talk about how I almost headed out on the road without my back up winter weather gear. But then I thought better of it and practiced what I preach. I thought I’d make it into a RoyOnRescue episode and show that we all have to be disciplined to prepare and not get caught off guard. I hope it helps!
Hello Rescue Fans! I’ve debated as to whether I should discuss Ebola from either a professional or lay person level or even discuss it at all. Because of an experience I had where I walked into a contaminated bathroom that could have been an infectious problem, I decided it was definitely worth taking about. In this episode, I talk about Ebola, it’s risks and how breaking the chain of infection through disinfection and barriers, it’s almost impossible to contract an infection. My hope is that rather than simply re-discussing the same things you’ve been hearing about Ebola, I’ll help shed light on how to arm yourself with awareness, and the techniques required to stop an infection in it’s tracks. I hope this helps.
As you know, I’ve declared war on criminal assaults of every kind and in addition to my last post on Pepper Spray, I’ve been made aware of another story. It appears that a young girl who was waiting for the public transit was robbed, or almost robbed of her phone. When she begins to fight back, the bully tries to push her around only to find out that there’s more coming than he bargained for. In the end, justice is served, the girl is safe and after utilizing advanced self defense, a lesson is obviously learned. Though you may not be as well trained as this person was, buying pepper spray and learning how to use it is definitely a step in the right direction. Be aware, be knowledgeable and be safe!
Hello Rescue Fans,I can’t wait another moment to get this post out! I’ve just been made aware of a local University that has yet another victim of rape! I know there is a lot of information missing about how this happened and if it was preventable at all, but there is one thing I know. At the very least, arming oneself with pepper spray, available at almost every sports store or department store in home defense section, could help reduce the number of preventable criminal and sexual assaults. I urge you rescue fans, please spread the word to everyone you know. I want to begin a movement of arming everyone with basic knowledge and products that could help save a life and prevent this horrible crime from affecting even one more person. Please, share this post with everyone you know as I begin the war on assault and provide training and knowledge about how anyone can help prevent these crimes from ever happening again. What can you do today? Go to your local sporting goods store or department store and get pepper spray that can spray a stream at least 10 yards. I will be providing additional training on how to protect yourself with it but in the mean time, here’s a video on how to use pepper spray. Get it today and let me know when you’ve taken action. Twitter: @royonrescue or email me firstname.lastname@example.org. Let’s tell the story, empower everyone, and prevent rape and criminal assault. Let’s take action TODAY!
